- obtain your current holding balance as at a specified date
- change your holding details (address or email address)
- determine whether we have recorded your Tax File Number (TFN)
- lodge your TFN if it is not on file
- check your current dividend payment instructions
- check your current annual report election
- change your annual report election (ie. full, concise or no annual report)

Receiving shareholder communications
Receiving your shareholder communications electronically is the best way to stay informed without delay and is an environmentally friendly method of communication. If you haven’t already made the switch to paperless communications, you can do so by visiting the MUFG Corporate Markets website and following the prompts.
You can make an election on how you would like to receive certain documents including the Annual Report and documents related to members’ meetings (for example notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms) as follows:
- You can make a standing election to receive the documents in physical or electronic form;
- You can make a one-off request to receive a document in physical or electronic form; or
- You can tell us if you do not wish to receive a hard-copy of the Annual Report.
You will still be able to access and read our Annual Report, Notice of Meeting and other shareholder documents when they are published on our website and the ASX platform.
