The Company has established a Level 1 American Depositary Receipts (ADR) program. The ADR program is sponsored by the Bank of New York Mellon and is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol DNLZY.

Each Dyno Nobel Limited ADR share is equivalent to one (1) Dyno Nobel Limited ordinary share as traded on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
