If you have a sponsoring agreement with a broker (or another CHESS sponsor) you are a CHESS Sponsored Holder, also referred to as a Broker Sponsored Holder.   CHESS Sponsored holdings are identified by a Holder Identification Number (HIN) and typically start with the letter 'X’, while others have no alphabetic prefix e.g. X00054321 or 00054321.  To manage or update you CHESS holding, please contact your broker.

Issuer Sponsored Holder
If you do not have a sponsoring agreement with a broker, then you are an Issuer Sponsored Holder.  Issuer Sponsored holdings can be identified by a Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) and begin with the letter 'I' e.g. I40083504206.   To manage or update your holdings, please contact MUFG Corporate Markets or update online via the MUFG Corporate Markets website.

When a dividend is declared, it will be announced in conjunction with the company’s half year and full year financial results announcements. Information regarding dividend amounts, dividend franking and the relevant record and payment dates is available on the dividend page of our website.

For Australian and New Zealand shareholders, Dyno Nobel pays dividends by direct debit into your nominated bank account.  Overseas shareholders have the opportunity to receive their dividends in a foreign currency via OFX.  For further details regarding OFX dividend payments, please contact MUFG Corporate Markets.

Shareholders can manage their dividend payments online via the MUFG Corporate Markets website, including:

• updating bank account details
• electing to receive dividend payments in a foreign currency
• providing Australian Tax File Numbers and/or Australian Business Numbers
• updating your Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act and Common Reporting Standards details; or 
• accessing current and historical dividend statements

For Australian shareholders
If you do not provide your TFN or ABN (or exemption type), Dyno Nobel is required to deduct tax from any unfranked portion of your dividend at the highest marginal tax rate. Dyno Nobel cannot refund the tax deducted from your dividend. You will need to claim this tax from the Australian Tax Office when completing your tax return.

For overseas shareholders
Australian withholding tax is deducted from dividends paid to non-residents to the extent that the dividend is fully franked or has conduit foreign income. You will need to seek advice from your local tax agent on how to declare any dividends received from Dyno Nobel in your tax return.

Dyno Nobel operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) which provides shareholders with a convenient method of reinvesting all or part of their dividends to obtain additional securities in the company.  Participating in the DRP is optional and shareholders can elect to participate in the DRP, by updating their shareholder preferences via the MUFG Corporate Markets website.

Dyno Nobel will announce whether the DRP will apply with respect to a dividend at the same time as that dividend is announced.

Information regarding Dyno Nobel’s Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on 11 May 2020, please contact MUFG Corporate Markets.

Following shareholder approval at the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 19 December 2024, the Company’s name changed from Incitec Pivot Limited to Dyno Nobel Limited, effective 31 March 2025.

The Company’s ASX ticker code changed from IPL to DNL with effect from the commencement of trading on 2 April 2025.

Dyno Nobel securities are traded on:

• The American Depository Receipts program sponsored by Bank of New York Mellon is traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The stock DR symbol is DNLZY.
